Amma Kanakku Full Movie History-2016:

.Amma Kanakku is an upcoming Indian Tamil drama film written and directed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari. A remake of the 2016 Hindi film Nil Battey Sannata, the film stars Amala Paul, Revathi and Samuthirakani in the lead roles. Principal photography of the film commenced on 7 January 2016 in Chennai.

Production
In November 2015, Ashwini Iyer Tiwari agreed terms to direct a remake of her Hindi film, Nil Battey Sannata in Tamil, for producers Dhanush and Anand L. Rai. Dhanush had been shown a preview of the film by Rai, during a visit to Mumbai in September 2015 and the duo chose to co-produce the film, with Ashwini Iyer retained as director.Amala Paul and Revathi were signed on to play the leading roles, while Samuthirakani also accepted to portray another pivotal role in the film.The film began shooting on 7 January 2016 with a launch ceremony held in Chennai and completed on 23 February 2016.
Samuthirakani, Revathi and others also features in this content oriented film. Dhanush is producing the movie associated with Colour Yellow Pictures. Recently the shooting was wrapped up and it is on post production works. Soon its movie teaser may be released. Nil Batta Sanata and the lead actress Swara Bhaskar in the movie was honored at the International film festivals.

The movie is the remake of the much appreciated award winning Nil Battey Sanatta Hindi movie. Ashwini Iyer Tiwari directed the Tamil version who directed the original. There are two posters revealed seems like Amala Paul as mother of teen age girl in the movie. The movie shows the relation and controversies between mother and her daughter.
